Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using toomanyideas ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ITQAN Labs, Dubai, UAE.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using toomanyideas, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Abuse the AI generation features (e.g., automated scraping, mass generation).
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in toomanyideas (projects, tasks, notes, documents). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. This includes sending your project data to AI providers (OpenRouter) to generate tasks, pitches, and documents when you use AI features.

You can export or delete your content at any time.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features (task lists, pitches, tech specs, style guides) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content at your own discretion. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Free accounts are available with usage limits as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of their current term.

8. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (for recovery purposes), then permanently deleted.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITQAN Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
